Since our doors and windows are heavy, we recommend having at least two additional individuals available to assist the driver in unloading and carrying items to your driveway. Shipping rates are calculated based on the measurements of the products.

Return Policy
The following guidelines apply to returns or cancellations once an order has shipped:
- AGA DOORS provides a 30-day return policy for all non-custom items. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom orders are non-refundable. Custom items include any product tailored or modified to your specific requirements.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 30 days of your delivery to obtain a return authorization.
- Items being returned must remain in their original condition, unused, and include all packaging and tags as received.
- Customers bear the cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
- We recommend using a secure shipping method with tracking and insurance for returning items.
- The customer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss during return shipping.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm compliance with the return policy.
- Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned item.
- If an item fails to meet return policy requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.
- A 3.5% credit card charge will apply to the total invoice amount for all payments made by card, which is non-refundable and subject to change without prior notification.
- Damaged or missing items must be reported within five days of delivery. Reports made after this window will be considered as the order is complete and in good condition.
- Custom orders generally have a lead time of 12-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project, with no guarantees on exact timing.
- Custom orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
- Payment acceptance serves as an acknowledgment that all invoice details (including billing, shipping, product descriptions, quantities, and pricing) are accurate. Customers are responsible for verifying all details before submitting payment.
Additional Return Notes:
- A 25% restocking fee is applied to returned items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are only issued after the items are successfully returned to our manufacturer’s facility.
- Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- If a door or window is installed before its return, the customer will be charged for the door frame.
- Return eligibility is voided if a door or window has been stained, painted, or otherwise modified.
- It’s the customer’s responsibility to manage the return process. Items must be sent back in their original, unused condition, with all accompanying parts and instructions included.
- Any damages or missing components identified when the item is received back will result in deductions from the refund. Ensure items are safely packaged for return shipping.
- Refusing shipment upon delivery is treated as a standard return, and the same policies and fees will apply.
Custom Orders
Custom doors and windows are crafted to your instructions and begin production immediately after the order is placed. Due to their tailored nature, custom products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded at any stage. Typical lead times for custom orders range between 45-65 days.
